Igor Tsukanov═
President and CEO |
Mr. Tsukanov founded the CentreInvest Group in 1992.═ He
has extensive experience advising major Russian and international clients
on issues of financial restructuring, merges and acquisitions, corporate
strategy, debt and equity financing, and direct investment vehicles.═ Mr.
Tsukanov has provided counsel to the largest Russian oil companies and
has advised on a number of projects funded by the World Bank, Tacis and
the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.═
Mr. Tsukanov has a Ph.D. in International Economics and Finance═
from the Institute of World Economy and International Relations═
(IMEMO) in Moscow.═

Karen Antonyan═
Executive Managing Director, CFO |
Mr. Antonyan is a founding member and Chief Financial Officer
of the CentreInvest Group.═ He advises major Russian and international companies
on various aspects of financial policies.═ Mr. Antonyan represents the firm
on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Securities Market
Participants (NAUFOR) and the Depository Clearing Company.═
Mr. Antonyan received a M.Sc. in Economics form Moscow═
Financial Academy.═

Alexandre Babian══

Alexandre Babian has over ten years' experience in stock
market═
operations both in Russia and the U.S. markets.═ As a Managing Director
of CentreInvest Securities since 1995, he has been responsible for managing
the financial portfolios of both Russian and international clients.═
He was also instrumental in several major transactions, including═
raising $30 million for the buy-out of a major Russian brewery,═
arranging a $40 million private placement for a leading Russian═
manufacturing company, Uralmash, co-managing the bank syndicate led
by the international bank Kleinwort Benson in charge of placing a large
block of Tatneft shares on the international market.═ He began his investment
career in the United States at Gruntal & Company in New York.═
Mr. Babian graduated from the University of Sorbonne with a D.E.A. in
Economics.═ Mr. Babian also holds a B.A. and M.A. from Maurice Thorez Institute
in Moscow.═

Peter Houlder═
Managing Director, Corporate Advisory |
Mr. Houlder is the Managing Director of the CentreInvest
Group, responsible for the firm's advisory and corporate finance activities.═
Mr. Houlder serves as the principle advisor on large-scale investment transactions
with Russian and international clients and currently manages several major
financial advisory projects for Russian oil companies.═ Before joining the
CentreInvest Group, Mr. Houlder was responsible for developing Arthur D.
Little's energy practice in the CIS.═
Mr. Houlder has an MBA in International Finance from City University,
London and a B.Sc. in Economics from Buckingham University.═

Vasiliy Sofiyskiy═

Mr. Sofiyskiy is responsible for supervising all areas
of operations,═
including co-ordinating relationships with the SEC and NASD on═
registration issues, hiring and supervising registered personnel, developing
operating and compliance procedures, and maintaining working relationships
with dealers, financial institutions and corporate clients.═
Prior to joining CentreInvest Inc., Mr. Sofiyskiy worked for five years
with Herzog Heine Geduld, a New York brokerage house.═ As an international
investment executive and stockbroker, he developed and implemented strategies
to provide a broad range of investment and money management services to
a diversified group of private and corporate clients.═ He began his investment
career in the US at Chatfield Dean & Co. Investment Bankers.═
Mr. Sofiyskiy received his M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Moscow
Academy of Chemical Engineering. He also attended the New York Institute
of Credit.═ He holds all professional licenses required by the US SEC regulations,
including Series 7, 63 and 24.═

Dan Rapoport═
Managing Director, Equity Sales and Trading |
Mr. Rapoport has over seven years of financial and oil and
gas experience in the former Soviet Union, working at several Moscow-based
investment banks - Renaissance Capital and Terasco, Inc. - in the equity sales
and direct investment departments. He also worked in corporate and project
finance with the Swiss-based TMR Energy AG and the U.S.-bazed Phibro Energy,
Inc.═
Mr. Rapoport received a B.A. in International Finance from the University
of Houston.═

Yury Logachev

Managing Director, Information Systems |
Mr. Logachev's responsibilities include the management
of projects for the specification, implementation and maintenance of financial
and management computerised systems for government bodies, major industrial
and commercial enterprises.═ He is also responsible for the provision of
in-house information technology services to other companies within the
CentreInvest Group.═
Prior to joining the CentreInvest Group Mr. Logachev worked for 12 years
at the Space Flight Center.═
He graduated with honors from Novosibirsk Technological University and
received a MSc from Moscow Aircraft Institute (MAI) |
